Amanda’s place is absolutely stunning. The pictures really don’t do it justice and it is more spacious than we expected. Cawsand is a lovely place - we really enjoyed coffee at The Bay and dinners out, plus walking the coast path to visit Mount Edgcumbe. The house is really comfortable - lovely bed linen, really well appointed kitchen and obviously stunning views. We particularly liked the fact that we could return wet and muddy to the downstairs entrance via the tunnel, leaving wet gear in the wet room and keeping the house clean and clear. We are already planning our return trip!
Amazing holiday home - it has everything for everyone !
A really amazing house in a stunning situation. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable and well cared for. The village is charming although it is sad that almost every house is a rental. It was terribly stormy while we were there but we managed to explore the coastal path in between the rough patches. I shouldn’t really recommend the house because it will make it even harder to rent and we definitely want to go back!! A real gem!
Simply stunning! From the moment we arrived we felt completely relaxed in this warm comfortable home with the most amazing sea views. Thoughtful touches by Amanda makes the the best holiday home for her guests. There is so much to do with beaches, walks and pubs to enjoy. We had a lovely evening at the Devonport Inn a great menu and fantastic GF options and another with live music at the Cross Keys Inn Our stay was just perfect.

Thank you Amanda. We had the most amazing stay at Cawsand. We were down for a wedding nearby and stayed there as a group. The house has everything we could have needed and more. It was so comfortable with incredible views of the sea from the living room, kitchen, balcony and 2nd floor bedroom. The beach is literally a stones throw away and another beach within 5 minutes walk down by The Bay restaurant. The location couldn't be better with pubs and village shops on your doorstep. We would love to visit again. One of the best holidays we've ever had and a lot of that is down to having such a perfect home from home. Thanks so much again!
Get away from it all and treat yourself to a break in one of Cornwall's last remaining unspoilt, historic fishing villages. With picture-postcard views, beautiful beaches, and traditional pubs... you won't be disappointed.
